Life changed. Indian food from scratch. After this experience, I wasn't able to justify purchasing Indian food at restaurants. Thanks to my dear friend and co-worker Prerna.

Who knew so much minced onion went into one of these dishes!! The whole vindaloo was made out of over 24 spices and 1 large whole onion minced. Yum.

It took us 2.5 hours to yield 15 macarons..HA:
